CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
Reporting to the Managing Director, will be responsible for implementation and formulation of sound financial policies, strategies and systems.
ROLE:
Legal and fiscal regulations must be ensured
Cash planning to ensure availability of funds to implement planned activities
Maintaining and managing of the financial functions and of the bank’s book of account and implementation
Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and observance of internal controls
Formulation and proper implementation of the organization’s financial strategy
Review analysis of cost, budget and operations and status of ongoing programmes to determine progress and act on deviations
Implementing, formulating and maintaining sound financial andadministrative policies, procedures and systems to sustain the organization.
QUALIFICATION:
The successful applicant must possess:
A master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or similar qualifications with minimum of 5 years senior management experience in a bank or retail financial institution. OR a HND/BSC from a recognized Institution in finance, accounting, or similar qualification with minimum of 7 years experience in a bank or retail financial Institution.
At least 6 years experienced in Audit
Professional membership of ICAN(ACA) or ACCA is a must
MBA will be an added advantage. 
Excellent understanding of regulatory requirement, Basel II business line classification and general banking procedures.
Experience in Banking operations, or in a compliance environment with an appreciation of risk management processes and environment. Bank widebusiness functions knowledge with operations, credit (evaluation and administration), etc and knowledge of Micro Finance products and services.
MANAGER – DEPOSIT MOBILIZATION
Reporting to the Lead Consultant
ROLES:
Undertake regular market visit to recruit clients for deposits, determine potential cross sells, obtain feedback and recommend new products
Develop, market and implement deposit activities to ensure product information is available to customers and seek customers feedback through direct surveys and mail shots
Deposit mobilization through growing the bank’s portfolio and revenue
Cross selling of other bank’s products by drive performance of the micro finance
Implementation and reviewing of deposit mobilization strategies for the bank
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree preferably in business related field
Experience in development and implementation of sales or marketing strategies in a micro finance or bank
Professional qualifications (CIMA) or MBA will be added advantage
Minimum of 6 years experience in an Bank’s customer service department or marketing.
Marketing experience in bank or micro finance will also be an added advantage
SKILLS
Knowledge of Lagos and environs

INTERNAL AUDIT AND RISK, HEAD
Reporting dually to the M.D. and  the board Audit and Risk Committee, the position will offer operational compliance and risk oversight to the bank and build an integrated risk management framework to evaluate, identify, measure, manage and monitor enterprise – wide risk management.
ROLES:
Identify, measure, monitor and manage credit risks
Develop, implement, disseminate and complied with the enterprise wide risk management policies, controls and procedures with across the bank
Reviewing and advising the management on adequacy, effectiveness and reliability of internal controls.
Ensure achievement of set objectives and goals to manage operations of audit department.
Ensuring audit and BCM compliance of the businesses units within the Bank in a timely manner in line with statutory regulations and internal policies and procedures.
Provide progress report on actions taken by the management and oversee and ensure preparation of timely Audit reports to the Board Committee audit.
QUALIFICATION:

TEAM LEADER / PMU COORDINATOR
The technical assistance team (TAT) will assist thebeneficiary to implement WSSSRP II in the following areas:
1. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE TASKS, INCLUDING:
— policy and technical advice to the programme implementing and recipient agencies in the performance of their specific assignments,
— technical expertise tasks, including policy advisory services, transfer of knowledge and skills, building technical capacities of personnel of the project implementation agencies (PIAs) and project recipient agencies through training, coaching and mentoring,
2. administrative, preparatory and ancillary tasks relating to planning, monitoring, reporting on programme activities, procurement, and financial management;
3. secretariat and administrative support to the programme governance structures at the federal and state levels.
The TAT services will consist of inputs for 15 long-term experts. Some 80 person-months of unallocated short-term expertise are also foreseen for other specialists as required (e.g. water policy/legal issues, integrated water resources management, budgeting, planning, monitoring and evaluation, community-based institutions and management of water supplies, institutional capacity and human resources management).
PROFILE
• University degree in Institutional Development, Business/Public Administration;
• And/or University degree in Water Engineering;
• At least 2 years of specific experience as PMU coordinator/Team Leader;
• Experience as EU Team Leader is an asset;
• At least 15 years of professional experience at international level;
• Previous experience in the management of large and complex development projects including
• At least 10 years of specific working experience in water-related projects including institutional and policy reforms in developing countries and in particular a proven experience in a reform process in the water sector;
• Good analytical skills and proven senior experience in donors-government co-ordination;
• Good knowledge of 9th or 10th EDF;
• Good knowledge of governance and poverty issues;
• Experience in Africa is required and experience in Nigeria is an asset;
• Fluency in English.

The Public Health Technical Advisors will provide technical assistance to support the organization’s mission in Nigeria. The Public Health Technical Advisors will provide technical and administrative oversight for implementation of US government HIV/AIDS programs in Nigeria, and to improve the health response capacity of the Government of Nigeria. The period of performance is from March 1, 2012- February 28, 2013.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical and administrative oversight and recommendation for HIV/AIDS program implementation
Manage outcome documentation.
Review, monitor, manage and track progress of technical and administrative actions for PEPFAR cooperative agreements
Conduct partner site visits to review and evaluate program implementation
Lead or contribute to annual and semi-annual reports and planning
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Nursing degree or MBBS or Master degree in public health with at least 7 years of post graduate work in public health or health related programs
Education and experience in HIV/AIDS program management.
Clear understanding of federal grants, cooperative agreements, and budget processes and cycles
Experience with supervision of professional or administrative staff
International experience with program implementation preferred.
