THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Manager Security, the incumbent of this position will coordinate the Company’s security operations,
investigation, and intelligence activities to ensure alignment with localbusiness requirements and ExxonMobil’s global
standards.

Executive Protection
Routine engagement with assigned Government Security forces
Guard force management and emergency response
Gathering intelligence, collation, analysis and interpretationlMonitoring and evaluating security threats to business
Ensuring compliance with Company security expectations and standards
Liaison with host communities and other stakeholders to be part of the company’s security solution

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of second class upper division (2.1) in Law, Political Science, Sociology,
Psychology, Mathematics/Statistics and Computer Science
2-3 years’ experience is desirable.
Relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry or multinational is desirable
Successful candidates are required to have a deep understanding of the Company’s security expectations,
community and other stake-holder security-related sensitivities, and demonstrate the following:
Organizational skills and leadership potential
